Location: Norwich, fully office based
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our client's team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and delivering excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
* Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
* Supporting the admin team with general office tasks
* Ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience
Requirements
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Good attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office
* Previous experience in customer service or administration is desirable
