Private Associate Dentist / Sudbury, Suffolk / 3 days per week
MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Sudbury, Suffolk to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
* Independently owned practice.
* Available as soon as possible.
* Notice periods are taken into consideration.
* Part time position, 3 days per week.
* Dentist will ideally work Wed to Fri to however the practice can be flexible and has surgery space Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm and Fridays 9am-4pm.
* Associate Dentist will be required to manage a predominantly Private list of Plan and Fee Per Item plus children’s NHS.
* Dentist will be inheriting an established list.
* Practice are offering a 50% split on revenue with a 50% shared cost on Lab Bills.
* High earning potential – Projected income £120,000+ per annum.
* Dentists will have full clinical freedom over their diaries and materials.
* The successful clinician will inherit a full and stable list of patients from outgoing Associate, many of whom have been with the practice for several years.
* Dentist will ideally build on the existing list as the practice has a waiting list for new patients.
* Due to the busy nature of the list the practice requires a Dentist with at least 4+ years post graduate experience.
* 6 surgery dental practice with 5 Associates, an Orthodontist, and Oral Surgeon currently in situ.
* Well-equipped surgeries complete with Digital X-rays, CBCT Scanner, CEREC, OPG, Intraoral Cameras and CEREC machine.
* The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills and feel confident working in line with the high clinical standards at the practice.
* The practice is situated on the Essex/Suffolk border, easily commutable from Colchester. It is also within a one hours commute by train from London.
* Practice has been established 80 years and boasts a loyal patient base.
* Onsite parking is available.
Requirements
All candidates must be registered with the GDC, hold an active Performer Number and will ideally be have at least two years postgraduate experience. An Enhanced DBS certificate will also be required on request.
