Finance Administrator – Lincoln | PIB Group
PIB Group is on the lookout for a detail-focused Finance Administrator to join our finance team onsite in Lincoln, five days a week. You’ll support invoicing, reconciliations, allocations, and general finance admin across our brands.
What you’ll be doing:
Process daily BACS/cheque payments and update accounts
Manage and reconcile bank statements
Handle credit notes, refunds, and finance inbox queries (48-hour SLA)
Support credit control and manual invoicing when needed
Answer finance phone line and assist with queries/payments
Maintain accurate financial records using internal systems
What we’re looking for:
GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade C/4+)
AAT part-qualified (a bonus, not essential)
Previous experience in a finance admin role
Confident with Excel, Word & Outlook (Sage/insurance knowledge is a plus)
Strong attention to detail, organised, and a good communicator
