Our front of house team members welcome and care for guests in our cafes. Counter team members will have a working knowledge of all Tatte products, delivering delicious savory dishes and pastries, operating the point-of-sale register, and keeping a clean and organized workspace, while our baristas show off their artistic coffee skills by handcrafting delicious and creative coffee beverages.
We expect our front of house team members to:

(Ideally, barista team members also have at least 1 year of experience as a barista using manual espresso equipment in a fast-paced restaurant/cafe)

Summary of Counter Team Members’ Primary Responsibilities
14. Provides gracious and high-quality service to our guests by, among other things, welcoming guests to our cafes and engaging with them throughout their experience
15. Determine guests’ needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
16. Has comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
17. Takes guests’ orders using our point-of-sale system/register
18. Executes all Tatte product and packaging standards
19. Delivers coffee beverages and food to guests
20. Maintains clean and well-stocked café stations
21. Actively maintains and supports café cleanliness and visual/brand standards
22. Complies with and follows all safety and sanitation standards at all times while adhering to our policies and procedures

Summary of Baristas’ Primary Responsibilities
24. Provides gracious and high-quality service to our guests by, among other things, welcoming guests to our cafes and engaging with them throughout their experience
25. Has comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
26. Prepares and serves or delivers beverages according to Tatte recipes and specifications
27. Answers guests’ questions about our offerings
28. Follows all recipe and presentation standards for our beverages
29. Operates all Barista station equipment according to standards
30. Keeps the bar (including bar equipment) clean and sanitary in accordance with applicable standards and well-stocked with inventory
31. Delivers beautiful and artistic espresso beverages
32. Other duties as assigned
