We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital function and shape the future of our online presence. You'll have the autonomy to build out the digital team, manage third-party suppliers, and take ownership of the digital strategy across performance marketing, ecommerce, and customer engagement.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and wants to make a meaningful difference. Depending on experience, there's scope for this to be a Senior Digital Marketing Manager position.
What You'll Be Doing…
* You'll work closely with CRM, Social Media, and Ecommerce colleagues to deliver integrated campaigns and drive growth across all digital channels. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing the digital strategy across SEO, PPC, paid social, display, and content
* Managing paid media campaigns and embracing automation to improve performance
* Enhancing website UX and optimising content for discoverability and conversion
* Leading on analytics, reporting, and CRO to meet traffic, ROAS, and CPA targets
* Collaborating with Salesforce and CRM teams to personalise customer journeys
* Driving engagement and retention through targeted email and CRM activity
* Partnering with luxury brands on digital product launches and omni-channel campaigns
What We're Looking For…
* We're after a commercially minded digital marketer with at least 4 years' experience and a proven track record of delivering results. You'll bring:
* Strong hands-on experience across PPC, SEO, paid social, and email marketing
* Confidence using Google Analytics, AdWords, and SEO tools (Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
* A data-driven mindset with excellent reporting and Excel skills
* A collaborative approach and confidence working with internal teams and brand partners
* A genuine interest in digital innovation and luxury retail
* Experience with Salesforce, WordPress, Mailchimp, or Google Tag Manager
* A passion for luxury retail and crafting standout customer experiences
