Working as part of the UK Office Operations team, the role holder will support the Location Associate Manager in the coordination and monitoring of the operations delivered on a portfolio of sites for which they are responsible. The role holder will look to continually monitor, improve, and evolve the operating model to meet the needs of the customers. Working with a large degree of autonomy the role has a focus on operational consistency, service levels, budget management and customer satisfaction levels.

In our team you will learn:
How to provide solutions to a variety of challenges facing the team in a fast-paced, high- volume environment
Gain experience in supporting the operations, including monitoring of a range of services including cleaning, security, catering, mechanical and electrical and Mailroom.
How to work effectively with numerous internal and external stakeholders on a variety of issues and initiatives
As a Location Specialist you will be responsible for:
1. Build effective relationships with customers, acting as a key point of contact, actively seeking out and responding to feedback in order to deliver a high level of customer service
2. Work with customer representatives to capture requirements to develop knowledge of the client requirements and desired service levels
3. Deliver projects as directed by the Office Operations Associate Manager within agreed timescales and budget to meet location objectives
4. Liaise with 3rd party suppliers and contractors to ensure provision of effective services, including security, catering, cleaning, customer services and M&E and other support services
5. Complete all location audits as required by location and in conjunction with suppliers to meet SLAs
6. Liaise with landlord/landlord representatives and Real Estate Management team to resolve building/lease related issues and requirements
7. Provide effective management of direct report through regular one to one review communicating effectively to ensure optimum performance and morale
8. Act as HSESC to ensure compliance of health and safety within the location(s), carrying out accident investigations and reporting as required managing incidents and risks to resolution
9. Establish detailed budget requirements and reforecast regularly in order to reflect changing needs
10. Management of budget setting and monitoring for service lines and associated invoicing.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
11. A strong customer focus and polished customer management skills (with experience of working with customers and stakeholders in high pressure environments)
12. Experience of working with suppliers (internal and external)
13. Strong level of business acumen
14. Strong communication skills
15. The ability to work autonomously on own initiative either independently or as part of a team
16. A quick thinker with a ‘can do’ attitude and an aptitude for creativity or the ability to adapt as required
17. Confident, determined, and assured demeanour, especially in high pressure or critical situations
18. Documentation and written skills of a very high standard
19. Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
