Your Role
As a Paint Technician at our Pontypridd Prestige site, you’ll play a key role in achieving flawless finishes and customer satisfaction. You’ll work with cutting-edge equipment to complete high-quality paint refinishing jobs efficiently and safely.
What You’ll Be Doing
14. Carrying out precise paint repairs and refinishing to manufacturer standards
15. Preparing surfaces and mixing paints to ensure perfect colour matching
16. Collaborating closely with the bodyshop team to maintain smooth workflow
17. Completing all necessary job cards and documentation accurately
18. Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
What We’re Looking For
19. Proven experience as a Paint Technician in a busy bodyshop environment
20. A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering exceptional finishes
21. Strong communication and team-working skills
22. A professional, customer-focused attitude
23. ATA or IMI accreditation (preferred but not essential — we support your development)
