Role overview
We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our global team, reporting to the Head of Business Development APAC. Your focus will be on acquiring new business, increasing sales, and expanding market share in your territory. You will manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, primarily through outbound strategies, engaging prospects via multiple channels, and demonstrating how Fresha can benefit their growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, enjoys working autonomously, and is eager to make an impact.
What will you be doing?
* KPIs - Achieve sales targets consistently
* Outreach - Contact decision-makers via phone, email, and social media to generate new business
* Selling - Present and promote products through demos to prospects and existing partners
* Sales Cycle - Manage from prospecting to closing
* Partnering - Conduct needs analysis to align solutions with partner objectives
* Collaboration - Work with other departments to ensure smooth partner experience
* Market Trends - Share insights on industry trends
* Leads - Follow up with inbound leads promptly, record outcomes in CRM
* Business Partnering - Act as primary contact for commercial activities with partners
What are we looking for?
* Experience - 2+ years in B2B sales with a proven track record
* Industry - SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms preferred
* Relationship Building - A proactive hunter and relationship builder
* Organized - Skilled at multitasking and time management
* Curious - Eager to learn and grow
