The successful applicant: Have a sound understanding of Secondary Education Qualified Teacher Status Confident supporting the KS3 and KS4 curriculum Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative and good sense of humour Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills. Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties both in smalls groups and 1:1. Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job.
