Duty Manager
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the facility
- Manage and supervise staff members
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Monitor and maintain facility cleanliness and appearance
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff shifts
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- Must be multilingual or bilingual (proficiency in multiple languages is preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred
