Interim Development Manager - Social Housing – £30.00 to £32.50 per hour – Immediate Start - Duration – 2 to 3 months - Hybrid Role to work in the Torbay Area.
Possibility of a Permanent Position as will be Recruiting for this post. Free Parking. Weekly Paid, 28 Days Holidays, whilst Temping

The Essential Parts of the role:
* Development Manger within Social Housing, or within the Public Sector
* Project Management experience (ideally Housing)
* Managed a Team to the best of their Team’s individual capabilities
* To Lead by Example with a Hands on Approach
* Experience as part of an Organisational Management Team
* Residential Development including the Development Process
* Deal with On- Going Projects
* Financial Modelling and Viability Methodology
* Experience within Project & Programme Management
* Financial Budgetary Management
* Ability to Engage with Government & Local Authorities
* Technical, Regulatory, Contractual, Procurement and Legal Knowledge relating to Development
* Have Highly Developed Negotiation skills
* Ability to Prepare and Present Reports to Board Level
* Strong Communication skills at all levels
