Responsibilities
* Provide first and second-line support for hardware, software, and networking issues across head office and retail locations
* Maintain and troubleshoot Windows 11 desktops and Windows Server 2019+ environments
* Assist with SAGE200 and other business-critical applications
* Configure and maintain network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls
* Participate in IT projects such as equipment rollouts and upgrades
* Prepare for store openings and manage IT setup
* Deploy and manage mobile devices
* Ensure systems adhere to security best practices and company policies
* Maintain accurate records of configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps

Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows Server 2019+ administration
* Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account management
* Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
* Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with Linux (CentOS/Debian) (desirable)
* Knowledge of SAGE200 or similar systems (desirable)
* Exposure to virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) (desirable)
* Understanding of IT security principles and best practices (desirable)
