We are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for working closely with customers to determine their requirements, agreeing timeframes, and conveying their concerns to technicians with accurate descriptions.
Your role will involve welcoming customers, documenting their vehicle concerns, and consulting with technicians about repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work. You will also be responsible for liaising with customers to schedule service appointments, estimating vehicle repair costs, and dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt, and courteous manner.

* Interpersonal and Organisational Skills: Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, being well-presented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Communication and Documentation: Have excellent communication and documentation skills, ensuring accurate descriptions and timely resolutions.
* Customer Relations and Technical Knowledge: Have strong customer relations skills and technical knowledge, advising on technical queries and concerns.
* IT Literacy: Be IT literate, with a working knowledge of Kerridge an advantage.
