We are looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to support high-volume recruitment of contracted End Point Assessors.
You will provide end-to-end recruitment administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent customer service to candidates, assessors, and internal stakeholders.
Key duties include:
* Headhunting and engaging End Point Assessors using LinkedIn and other tools
* Managing recruitment administration from attraction to onboarding
* Supporting interviews and assessor engagement
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory, right-to-work and data protection requirements
* Maintaining assessor records, CPD logs and conflict of interest declarations
* Supporting wider HR administration and team activities
About you:
* Experienced in a demanding administrative role
* Experience in HR, recruitment, or End Point Assessment is desirable
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident managing multiple priorities and high-volume inboxes
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Competent in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with confidential data
