We are seeking a Facilities Assistant to support the Assistant Facilities Manager and contribute to the effective delivery of our Facilities Management services.
This role forms part of a team focused on delivering high-quality outcomes for customers and stakeholders across all aspects of FM provision.
Job Description
We are looking for someone who can play a key part in the day-to-day customer experience, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, safely and to a consistently high standard.
You will also support the delivery of various service activities and projects across the FM function.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide front-of-house support including welcoming and assisting visitors
* Ensure all security procedures are followed effectively
* Deliver support services such as porterage, meeting room management and managing the FM mailbox
* Conduct new starter inductions including Health & Safety and environmental briefings
* Log, facilitate and oversee reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits
* Support compliance with environmental, HSEQ and related operational standards
* Assist with traffic management plans, fire risk assessments and water hygiene arrangements
* Participate in audits, including security audits
* Provide general administrative support to the FM team
* Carry out any additional duties as required by the line manager
