About The Role
As a Money Matters Caseworker, youll deliver high-quality advice services to our customers, helping them navigate welfare benefits, money advice options and financial wellbeing. Youll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure customers receive tailored support that helps sustain tenancies and improve lives.
About You
Youre passionate about helping people and have a strong background in welfare rights with knowledge of money advice, or debt counselling. Youre empathetic, resilient, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Youll bring excellent communication skills, sound judgement, and a commitment to Karbons values.

Key Details
* Money Matters Caseworker - 2 roles available, both fixed term until 30 Sept 2027
* 37 hours per week with agile working, or 18 hours per week with agile working
* Salary is £36,991 per annum (pro-rata) plus a Karbon car payment of £2,317 per annum (pro-rata)
* Location: Stanley or Gosforth with some homeworking
