1. Join a stable, growing conveyancing team with no chaos
2. Support high-quality residential work without the pressure of running your own files
3. Genuine long-term role with progression into fee-earning if you want it
This Stoke-on-Trent-based role is part of a planned expansion within the residential property team. The focus is on strengthening support around fee-earners so they can continue delivering high-quality work without the pressure of volume-led environments.
In your first few months, you’ll get fully embedded in how the team operates, supporting on live files, handling onboarding tasks, assisting with searches and documentation, and getting to grips with systems and processes. You’ll be supported, but expected to be organised, proactive and reliable from the outset.
By 12 months, you’ll be a trusted part of the team, handling routine tasks confidently, supporting multiple matters at once, and helping keep files progressing smoothly. There’s no rush to push you into fee-earning, but there is scope to grow into running your own files over time if that’s your goal.
The team works in a calm, collaborative way. It’s not a high-volume factory environment; people communicate openly, support each other, and take pride in doing the job properly.
If you’re looking for a conveyancing role where you can build solid experience in a supportive setting (without being thrown in at the deep end), this strikes the right balance.
