This role will provide insights, analysis, and reporting for YBS's planning team and their stakeholders.
About the role
You’ll be responsible for creating and optimising operational reports and dashboards, working with the planning team to provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to key stakeholders across YBS.
This is a key role within our Customer Service Operational Support Team, working closely with both the planning team and the insights and analysis team. Your insights and reports will help identify trends, highlight operational metrics, and drive performance for our customer-facing teams. You will use your analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.
You will use tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and PowerBI, so a strong background in these is desirable. Knowledge of data cleaning and data architecture is also advantageous. As collaboration with the planning team is essential, experience in resource planning is key.
You should be able to work confidently both independently and as part of a team, engaging with stakeholders across YBS.
About you
You’ll be someone committed to excellent customer service, with extensive analytical experience and a good understanding of resource planning. Additionally, you should:

* Have experience analyzing data to identify themes and trends
* Be a great communicator with influencing skills, able to work with diverse stakeholders
