Area Manager - Large Warewash Systems
Location: Southern England | Field-based | £45,000 Basic + £14,500 OTE + Company Car

We're looking for an Area Manager to take charge of a key territory, specialising in large-scale warewash systems and utensil washers. You'll work directly with dealers, consultants, and end-users to deliver high-impact, high-value solutions that set the standard for the industry.
What You'll Be Doing:
· Building and managing strong relationships with dealers, consultants, and key clients
· Identifying and converting new business opportunities within your territory
· Designing bespoke warewash solutions and supporting the sales cycle from lead to install
· Leading medium-to-large projects, including on-site presence during critical phases
· Providing expert training and technical guidance post-installation
· Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive product development and performance
What You'll Bring:
· Experience in capital equipment sales (ideally warewash, catering or commercial kitchen equipment)
· Strong commercial acumen and a consultative, solutions-led approach
· Ability to prospect, qualify, and close high-value deals
· Organised, self-driven and confident managing your own pipeline
· A credible communicator who can build trust with stakeholders at all levels
· Competent with MS Office and comfortable interpreting scaled drawings
