The hospital opened in 1992 and is equipped with the latest medical facilities for diagnosis and treatment, and has very high quality clinical standards including effective infection prevention measures.
The role:
We currently have a great opportunity for a Reception Team Leader to join our team at Rivers Hospital in Sawbridgeworth.
As a Reception Team Leader, your main duties are to organise the reception rota as well as providing reception duties to ensure that our patients have a positive customer experience when visiting Rivers Hospital.
You will deal with all reception staff and patient enquiries and provide guidance on the patient’s appointment and reception processes. There are also admin duties that form part of the role as well as a switchboard style of answering calls and passing on information to our departments.

5. Excellent communication and professional telephone skills
6. Administrative and receptionist experience within the healthcare sector (preferable)
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn additional software
8. Excellent attention to detail
9. Training skills for all new starters
10. Training support for Maxims and the ongoing upgrades and changes to the new Maxims system for all reception staff.
