Job Title: Photocopier Service Engineer Location: Southeast Inner M25 and surrounds Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive (Depending on Experience) We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join a growing and dynamic print solutions provider in the Southeast. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of MFD devices across a wide range of client environments. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong engineer looking to develop their skills within a supportive and forward‑thinking team. Canon experience is preferred but not essential as full training and development will be provided. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain MFD / printers (laser, inkjet, and multifunction devices) Provide on‑site support and troubleshooting at customer locations Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance to maximise device uptime Stay up to date with the latest technologies, updates, and new product releases Deliver remote technical support and advice when required Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and job documentation Adhere to all health and safety guidelines during installations and repairs Work closely with customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction Support PDI and refurbishment of devices in the office when needed Required Skills & Experience MFD / Copier / PPD exposure Experience repairing and maintaining printers (laser, inkjet, MFDs) Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills Solid understanding of printer technology and repair procedures Experience working with a range of devices from small office to enterprise level Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills Strong IT knowledge, including networking and printer diagnostic software Full UK driving licence Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team Flexibility to travel across the Southeast and attend the office for PDI/refurb work Preferred Attributes Previous field service experience Strong customer service mindset with a proactive approach Comfortable working in a hybrid role — both inside and outside of London Benefits Up to £37,000 basic salary Company vehicle fuel card Ongoing training and career development Pension scheme 25 days holiday per year If you are currently seeking a print position, please send us a copy of your CV via the link below or call our mainline on (phone number removed) and ask for Nicola Foxall (url removed) who will give you a call for a confidential chat.
