Job Description:
Bramwith Consulting is a market-leading Infrastructure & Utilities company experiencing growth and investment. They are seeking multiple Project Management professionals to join their expanding strategic procurement team. The UK’s energy sector is undergoing significant transformation, and this is a great opportunity to be part of it.
The Senior Project Manager will contribute to impactful infrastructure projects supporting the UK's net zero goals. Responsibilities include leading project management activities in Real Estate, Facilities Management, and CAPEX to ensure quality, value, and timely completion.
The role requires strong project management skills, continuous improvement, risk management, budgeting, and resource management to deliver critical projects related to Real Estate, Property, Facilities Management, and CAPEX.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and execute detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to scope, budget, and deadlines.
2. Manage the quality and timeliness of projects across Property, Real Estate, Facilities Management, and CAPEX.
3. Create and oversee project budgets, including cost estimation and expense tracking. Allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency.
4. Ensure projects comply with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Maintain high standards of work.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and manage external stakeholders such as consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure project success.
6. Address concerns throughout the project lifecycle through effective relationship management.
7. Identify areas for process and efficiency improvements, assess risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
8. Develop a network of contractors and suppliers to support project delivery.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven project management experience with knowledge of methodologies, tools, and techniques, especially within Property, Real Estate, Facilities Management, and CAPEX.
2. Certifications such as IOSH Managing Safely, CDM procedures, and health and safety assurance awareness.
3. Knowledge of property and CAPEX project regulations, codes, and standards.
4. Experience in negotiation, risk management, compliance, and contract management.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with effective stakeholder management and contract management experience.
6. Understanding of the development cycle, including business case, design, consents, procurement, delivery, and handover.
7. Willingness and ability to travel across Southern England when required.
