Role Overview
You will join a domestic heating maintenance team, carrying out servicing, breakdowns and repairs on gas central heating systems within residential properties. The role requires strong diagnostic skills, the ability to work independently, and a high standard of compliance with current legislation and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair domestic gas heating systems and appliances
* Complete servicing, maintenance and reactive call-outs
* Ensure work is carried out safely, professionally and to regulatory standards
* Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients
* Maintain accurate job records and compliance documentation
Required Qualifications & Experience
* ACS Domestic Gas qualifications:CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1
* Energy Efficiency qualification (or willing to obtain)
* Asbestos Awareness certificate (training can be provided) xsngvjr
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Minimum5 years experience preferredbut not essential
* Proven experience diagnosing faults on domestic gas heating systems
Desirable
* Previous domestic repair experience
* Additional gas or renewable qualifications
* Strong first-time fix rate
