We are looking to build on our girl’s academy coaches pool to bring on dynamic coaches to plan, prepare, deliver, and evaluate training sessions and matches on a weekly basis. You will complete session plans prior to every session in conjunction with the syllabus. You will also support with our girl’s academy players individual development plan process for each player in the primary age-group you’re working with. Most of the sessions will be during the evenings and weekends, so you must have a flexible approach to your working hours. Your coaching background We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about player development in the younger ages, providing a high-support, high-challenge mindset towards coaching. You will have extensive knowledge and experience of the football industry, and previous experience working with academy players.
