We are seeking a capable and proactive Projects Coordinator to support our Commercial Director in delivering high-quality sites from concept to completion.
Role Overview
The Projects Coordinator will work closely with the Commercial Director to ensure the seamless coordination and execution of site acquisition, contract management, and construction processes. The role requires a detail-oriented and highly organised individual who is looking to establish themselves over time as a key part of our commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
To assist the Commercial Director with the following:
* Project Coordination:
Facilitate and coordinate the lifecycle of commercial site projects, from acquisition through to delivery-ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
* Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, marketing) to ensure that all aspects of the project launch are integrated into a current and cohesive project management programme.

Contract Management
Provide support in the preparation, review, and ongoing management of contracts related to commercial developments and partnerships.

Support on Acquisitions & Construction Planning:
To help manage drawings and details with sub-contractors, landlords, and agencies.
This role will require travel to different sites across the UK.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Project management tools.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
* Degree in project management.
* 1 year of experience in project management.
* Background exposure to commercial property or construction.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
* Familiarity with contract and procurement processes.
* Proof-reading skills.
