This is a varied role covering both sales and purchase ledger, bookkeeping, and general finance admin. Accounts Assistant – Details: £27,000–£30,000 depending on experience Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm Full training on systems Career development opportunities Accounts Assistant – Responsibilities: Sales Ledger Raise invoices Allocate receipts and manage daily banking Chase outstanding payments Maintain accurate ledgers Monthly bank reconciliations Manage sales finance uploads Purchase Ledger Process purchase invoices and match to GRNs Run supplier payments Handle staff expenses and credit card use Monthly creditor reconciliations Other Support wider finance team Build internal and external relationships Assist with general finance admin as needed Accounts Assistant – What We’re Looking For: Sales and purchase ledger experience Good bookkeeping knowledge Confident with MS Office (especially Excel) Strong attention to detail and organisation Clear communicator and team player Able to work independently If you are interested in this role, please apply today with your CV.
