Founded 30 years ago, this multi-disciplinary consultancy operates throughout the UK with a team of 70+ across multiple offices, they are now looking to expand their Bedford office with a Senior Planner, ideally MRTPI. Their services encompass town planning, architecture, master planning, landscape architecture, and heritage consultancy.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Provide advice on planning matter to clients
2. Preparing and submitting planning applications
3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
4. Optimise new business and cross-selling opportunities
5. Keep updated on local and national planning policy changes
6. Assist in mentoring and supporting other members of the team
7. Support the Associate Directors and Directors.
Required Skills & Experience
8. 3+ years of experience post-qualification (private or public sector)
9. RTPI membership is strongly desirable
10. Strong communication skills
11. Full driving licence and car.
