Job Summary
We are looking for a new Sales Technical Engineer - LVS to be based in our company. What a typical day looks like:
1. Provide technical support to the LVS sales team and clients throughout the enquiry process.
2. Engage with clients and consultants to influence design processes and specifications.
3. Develop company LVS products and facilitate sales execution.
4. Review and approve drawings, assist with design, and submit technical specifications during the enquiry stage.
5. Minimize risk during sales by completing CDEs and technical documentation.
6. Coordinate project proposals during handover to operations.
7. Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
8. Provide technical direction in product design to drive innovation.
9. Identify risks and system deficiencies, implementing technical solutions.
10. Review customer requirements, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
11. Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
12. Assist with all technical aspects of LVS enquiries.
13. Apply company methodology and standards effectively.
14. Develop and communicate solutions to meet business requirements, coordinating technical activities to avoid delays.
15. Promote and develop business, conforming to company regulations.
16. Report to the Sales Operations Manager – LVS.
The experience we are looking to add to our team:
1. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
2. Ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment and demonstrate flexibility.
3. Ability to interface with Electrical Consultants, Lead Electrical Engineers, and End Users.
4. Knowledge of Anord Mardix electrical products, services, and competitors.
5. Eligible to work in the UK.
