Your responsibilities will include: Handling enquiries from clients, tenants and contractors, Arranging inspections and maintenance worksUpdating property and lease recordsAssisting with service charge administrationEnsuring Compliance and Health & Safety documentation is kept up to date. This is a full‑time, office‑based position. What youll need to succeed You should have previous administration experience, strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel) and a confident telephone manner. You’ll be organised, with a strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail, and be comfortable managing a varied workload to deadlines.
