About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Solutions Design Engineer to join our team in the intralogistics and automation space. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing cutting-edge conveyor solutions while contributing to the development of broader automated systems. You will work closely with our sales team, providing technical expertise to support client requirements and secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop conveyor systems and other automated solutions, ensuring innovative and efficient results.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and translate them into tailored engineering solutions.
Create detailed layouts, concepts, and proposals to support sales pitches and project delivery.
Evaluate technical feasibility and recommend optimal solutions for customer applications.
Support the end-to-end process, from initial concept to implementation, maintaining a focus on quality and performance. About You:
Experience: Proven background in designing conveyor systems; experience in broader automation solutions is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with automated technologies (e.g., sortation systems, robotics, AGVs, AMRs).
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with sales and cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving: A solutions-driven mindset with the ability to meet client needs efficiently.
