Eddison's bid function has achieved sustained growth over the last four years which has led to successful appointments onto multiple frameworks and average annual business wins of £2m +.
Eddison's bid team require an additional member of staff that will assume the role of Bid Coordinator to work on the following:
Projects such as researching framework opportunities at sector/regional level to align with our office network and improve our access to local authority contracts.
Supporting the business with completion of more complex supplier questionnaires and providing supporting documentation
Sifting of multiple daily alerts and portal opportunities. These may require portal registration, EoI, downloading of Tender Pack and liaising with Stakeholders to determine the Bid/No Bid Decision
Creating project folders and updating Bid Tracker with new opportunities & outcomes
Managing incoming email...
