The Role
The successful candidate will:
* Deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons across KS4 and KS5
* Plan and prepare engaging and differentiated lessons
* Assess, monitor, and track student progress effectively
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Contribute to departmental planning and curriculum development
* Support students in achieving their full academic potential
* Participate fully in school life, including parents’ evenings and staff meetings
The Ideal Candidate
The school is looking for a teacher who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Has experience teaching Business Studies in a secondary school setting
* Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
* Has the ability to motivate and engage students of varying abilities
* Is committed to high standards of teaching and learning
* Works well as part of a collaborative team
* Has excellent communication and organisational skills
