MPS (ECT) About the Role We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) of English to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school near Braintree from September. This role is ideal for a motivated individual at the beginning of their teaching career who is eager to inspire a love of language and literature in young people, while developing their teaching practice within a nurturing and collaborative environment. You will join a committed English department focused on delivering engaging and high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential for Key Stage 5).
