Dates: Summer Contract: 15th June – 9th August 2026 (8 weeks) Contract : Fixed term contract, averaging 40 hours per week. Live in or out. Salary : £13.45 per hour. Location : Loch Eil Centre, near Fort William. You’ll play a key role supporting young people, ensuring they’re safe, happy, and engaged. From hands-on pastoral care to running fun evening activities, you’ll help create a positive, safe, and welcoming atmosphere. Full training is provided. Key Responsibilities · Be a friendly face: Support young people during their free time and help create a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment. · Provide proactive pastoral care: Ensure every young person feels secure, valued, and included, prioritising their wellbeing. · Run evening activities: Help young people unwind, connect, and maintain positive energy. · Set clear and positive boundaries: Maintain calm and respectful discipline while fostering a supportive atmosphere. · Be there when needed: Act as a point of contact for instructors and others outside office hours, ensuring everyone feels supported.
