We are working with a leading specialist in high-performance, business-critical environments, and they are looking for an experienced MEP Commissioning Manager to join their team and lead major projects in Surrey and surrounding areas.

The Role:
As Commissioning Manager, you will be the driving force behind the end-to-end commissioning process for complex MEP systems, from early planning to successful handover. You will work on a range of critical projects, including data centres and highly technical environments, ensuring everything meets the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the full commissioning strategy across all project stages.
* Conduct reviews and develop commissioning plans and reports.
* Chair commissioning meetings, track issues, and manage all testing documentation.
* Oversee FAT, SAT, and IST processes at all levels (1-5).
* Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless delivery.
* Drive compliance, reporting, and health & safety standards.
* Support client training, documentation, and final handover processes.
About You:
* ONC, HND, or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
* Experience in commissioning management.
* Experience working in critical environments, with some exposure to data centres preferred.
* Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
