Junior QS Warrenpoint 30k An industry leading company has secured an exciting new contract in the South Down area and are now looking to recruit a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join the team. Key responsibilities; Assist with the delivery of major contracts and interpretation of client requirements. Assist senior QS with management of client relationship & service delivery. Accurate site measurements and drawing/taking off plans. Preparation of quotations for client based on site measure & schedule of rates Project management of schemes that receive approval. Programming of project resources. Maintain cost control of live projects. Assist management of directly employed trades.
