Our Supervisors play a key role in creating a welcoming, high-quality shopping experience that keeps customers coming back. Collaborative and adaptable, you'll support the day-to-day running of the store, helping the management team drive strong commercial results and smooth shop-floor operations.
What you'll do:
1. Greet, assist, and lead by example on the shop floor, connecting with customers, sharing your passion for style and delivering great service
2. Maintain a commercial approach to the role and operations, handling transactions accurately and assisting with stock control processes.
3. Use your experience to support our Style Advisors as they grow their own knowledge and experience
4. Assist in all tasks to ensure the smooth of the store
Who you'll be:
5. Engaging with excellent communication skills and flourish in a customer-facing environment.
6. Focused and take pride in the work you do with our customers.
7. Able to demonstrate ability to build relationships with customers, understand their needs and provide the complete outfit they are looking for.
8. Ideally experienced in a customer facing environment.
