Full Stack Developer Location: Hybrid – 1 day per week in Cwmbran Salary: £37,000 to £46,000 An established public sector organisation is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join their in-house software engineering team. You’ll help deliver modern, scalable applications that support vital operational services across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop and maintain web applications and APIs using Microsoft technologies Work across the full SDLC in an Agile environment Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure systems are robust, secure and efficient Support and enhance existing systems while contributing to new development projects Key Requirements: Strong experience with C#, .NET 8, MVC, Web API, and SQL Server Front-end skills in JavaScript / jQuery, HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap Solid understanding of OOP and SOLID principles Experience with Visual Studio, IIS, and Azure DevOps Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and RESTful APIs Experience mentoring or supporting junior developers Desirable: exposure to FHIR, HL7, or healthcare data standards This is a great opportunity for a developer looking to step into a technically challenging and rewarding environment, with the flexibility of just one day per week in the office.
