Senior HR Business Partner (Interim) - Immediate Start – Midlands (Derby based with travel).
This is a 3-month FTC with potential for extension. You will support and lead change programs until the end of September.
Act as an escalation point for internal stakeholders and manage relations with external clients to ensure communication.
Key Focus Areas
* Experience in restructures and TUPE is essential.
* Spearheading change programs across multiple sites.
* Managing TUPE transfer programs.
* Providing employment relation support (ACAS and ETs).
* Serving as SME for HR practices and coaching teams and stakeholders.
* Designing internal organizational structures.
Requirements
* MCIPD or equivalent, with 7+ years HR experience.
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
* Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
* Deep knowledge of employment law.
* Experience leading organizational change initiatives.
* Discreet, diplomatic, and trustworthy.
* Proficient with HR software and data insights.
* Proactive, influential, and skilled in stakeholder management.
* Experience in Engineering/Manufacturing/Construction is a plus.
