Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mobile Phone Technician & Customer Support based in Loughton. Daily tasks include diagnosing and repairing mobile phones and tablets, performing same-day screen replacements and diagnostics, and providing customer support. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and training customers on device usage. The technician will provide an outstanding level of customer service while maintaining the store’s standards and practices.

* Maintenance & Repair skills, including diagnostic and repair of various mobile devices
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
* Capability of providing training and preventive maintenance
* Experience in a retail environment and knowledge of mobile technology is a plus
