We are seeking a 2‑5 PQE Solicitor to join our London Construction and Projects team. This is an opportunity to gain further exposure to genuinely interesting work, whilst collaborating with leading practitioners, and growing within a practice known for outstanding results.
The Opportunity
You will play a central role in some of the largest and most iconic projects in the world, including the Channel Tunnel, London Underground, Crossrail, Dubai Expo, Dublin Metro, and Silvertown.
Working with colleagues across London, Birmingham and our international network, you will support a diverse client base spanning sectors including infrastructure and energy (nuclear, renewables, oil and gas); transport; real estate; education; and health.

What You’ll Do
* Advise on major real estate development and projects work, acting for institutional investors, developers, funders and public‑sector bodies on large‑scale residential, mixed‑use, infrastructure and energy‑related schemes
* Work across both development and real estate finance, including advising on site acquisition, development structuring, construction documentation, forward funding, refinancing and joint venture arrangements
* Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial documentation, including development agreements, funding agreements, construction contracts, collateral warranties, security packages and related project documentation
* Support landmark and nationally significant projects, with exposure to iconic developments and regeneration schemes across the UK and overseas
* Play a central role on complex transactions, taking responsibility for core aspects of matters and progressively leading transactions with close support from experienced senior lawyers
* Collaborate closely with colleagues across locations, working as part of a small, ambitious team that prioritises hands‑on experience, responsibility and high‑quality supervision
* Engage directly with clients, building trusted relationships with leading financial institutions, developers, energy providers and public bodies
