What you’ll do on a typical day:
Coordinating and prioritising activity across the shifts and business streams to ensure customer service requirements are met
* Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPI’S) through effective use of resources and management of staff
* Maintaining accurate records and planning to ensure targets are achieved within the financial costings
* Encouraging employee participation in method improvement, raising quality and effective team working
* Promoting a flexible approach to delivering business requirements.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Excellent organisational skills and strong interpersonal skills with effective written and oral communication
* Sound operational knowledge and experience whilst customer focus is a priority
* Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills with people management experience with ability to develop a multi-skilled and flexible team
* PC Skills: Excel, Word and knowledge of DLOG, LES, ESP and GTS
