We’re hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to support our leadership team as we continue to grow. You’ll play a key role in helping us operate efficiently and strategically across projects, clients, and internal initiatives.
Role Overview
You’ll provide proactive, high-level support to Alchemy’s Executive Leadership Team managing priorities, communication, and coordination across multiple stakeholders. This fast-paced, high-visibility role is central to the smooth running of the business. You’ll act as a trusted partner to the leadership team, supporting business initiatives, and operational projects, ensuring actions are tracked and delivered across teams.
This role is ideal for a proactive EA who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys balancing structure, relationships, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex executive calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently
* Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes and presentation materials
* Record and track meeting actions and ensure timely follow-up
* Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics for business trips and events
* Support internal and external communications on behalf of executives
* Draft and proof emails, documents and presentations with a high level of accuracy
* Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
* Track key projects, deliverables and deadlines ensuring timely progress and visibility
* Support leadership meetings, board packs and governance preparation
* Coordinate leadership offsites, client visits and company events
* Manage expenses, invoices and budget tracking
* Liaise across departments to maintain strong communication flow and alignment
* Provide operational support for business initiatives and internal projects.
* Assist with people and business coordination, collaborating with HR, Operations, and Finance teams where required.
Key Skills and Experience
* Strong experience as an EA or PA supporting senior executives
* Strong organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
* Technologically fluent and confident adopting new tools and systems.
* Strong relationship-building skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
* High level of proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as Teams or SharePoint.
* Experience in technology, consulting or corporate environments (preferred)
* Basic financial and budgeting awareness (preferred)
