Key Responsibilities
* Work 1:1 or in small groups with students, supporting learning and engagement
* Assist the teacher with planning and delivering activities
* Support learners with varied and complex needs across the curriculum
* Monitor and evaluate student progress under teacher guidance
* Promote a positive, safe, and structured learning environment
* Encourage independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing in learners
Qualifications
* Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
* A genuine interest in SEN and willingness to learn
* Excellent communication, patience, and empathy
* Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff
* Adaptable and proactive, with a team-focused approach
