Role

Education Support Worker – from September 2026.


Responsibilities

* Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
* Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
* Supporting pupils' emotional wellbeing, engagement, and confidence
* Encouraging positive behaviour and inclusion
* Helping to create a safe and supportive learning environment

Requirements

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
