As a specialist Children’s Support Agency, we support children and young people across the UK who find themselves between placements, offering a lifeline during times of uncertainty. Our experienced team provides therapeutic, trauma-informed care using Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and the Trauma-Informed Care Framework. As we expand, we’re looking for a Support Package Coordinator to play a key role in bridging frontline support with our leadership team. This is a vital position suited to someone who is passionate about safeguarding, experienced in the children’s social care sector, and confident navigating multi-agency environments. Your Key Responsibilities Monitor and Coordinate Daily Reports: Review daily notes from support staff, extract key insights, and flag concerns or incidents to the management and social care teams. Daily Support for Staff: Act as the go-to person for frontline staff queries, offering guidance and ensuring smooth communication with the leadership team. Multi-Agency Representation: Attend professional meetings with social care, health, and police agencies, representing Paragon with professionalism and insight. Quality Assurance Visits: Conduct both scheduled and unannounced visits to support packages, ensuring standards of care, safety, and compliance are upheld. Support Package Management: Assist in the setup and safe closure of support packages, ensuring children’s needs remain central throughout transitions. What We’re Looking For If any of the following sound like you, we’d love to hear from you: Strong background in children’s safeguarding Previous experience in Children’s Support Work Experience working in a MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) or First Response social work team (preferred) Leadership experience in the children’s social care sector (ideal) Confident communicator with excellent written English and the ability to speak in professional settings A social work qualification or experience as social worker is desirable but not essential.
