💰 Salary: £28,500 + 🎯 Quarterly Bonus (up to 20% annually)

What You Will Be Doing
Working as part of a busy internal sales team, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering excellent customer service:
* Identifying opportunities to increase customer spend and fill product gaps
* Building strong relationships to encourage repeat business
* Managing inbound calls and responding to customer enquiries
* Processing orders, returns, and pro formas accurately
* Providing pricing, stock, and delivery information
* Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
* Working towards individual and team KPIs and sales targets
What You Will Need to Succeed
* Previous experience in customer service or internal sales
* Strong sales mindset with a proactive approach
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Confident telephone manner with a customer-first attitude
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Quick to learn new systems and processes
* A team player who can also work independently
