1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant - Stafford - Long Term Cover Role - Start Date: After Easter Term Academics are currently seeking for a caring and dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Catholic primary school in the heart of Stafford. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to provide tailored, individual support to pupils with additional needs within a nurturing and inclusive environment. This role will involve working on a 1:1 basis, supporting a Reception child and there is also another opportunity to work within the same school supporting a Year 4 pupil. The school is a highly regarded, reputable Catholic school, which has been rated "Good" by Ofsted and is known for its strong values, welcoming community, and a deep commitment to supporting every child to reach their full potential. You will be required to work a 5 day working week, in order to support the pupil on a daily basis - the hours of work are 8:30am - 15:30 pm Monday to Friday. The role includes: Providing dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil in Reception. Supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis in a Year 4 class. Assisting with day-to-day learning activities, engagement and emotional development. Implementing a variety of strategies to support individual learning needs to tailor to the needs of your pupil.
