A well-established professional practice is seeking a Legal Assistant to join its Family Department in Leamington Spa. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a strong administrator to support multiple Fee Earners within a busy and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Providing secretarial and administrative support to multiple Fee Earners
Managing diaries, appointments, and client communications
Handling new client enquiries and conducting conflict checks
Preparing legal documents, court bundles, invoices, and case files
Managing filing systems and case management processes
Scanning and distributing incoming post
Providing reception cover and general administrative support as required
Skills & Experience Required
Strong administrative ESSENTIAL
Good organisational skills
Excellent keyboard and IT skills, including Outlook and Work
Professional and confident communication skills
