Responsibilities:
* As a Software Asset Coordinator, I will rely on you to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of software licenses, usage, and entitlements. You will assist in monitoring software life cycles, including renewals, upgrades, and expirations. Your role will support compliance with licensing agreements and help in preparing for internal and external audits. You will identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the best practices within software asset management. Additionally, you will produce reports on usage, compliance, and financial information for our management team. Collaboration with IT, procurement, and various business teams will be a significant part of your role to support software deployment and budget alignment. You will also help with procurement tasks, such as obtaining quotes, raising purchase orders, tracking orders, and resolving discrepancies. Liaising with external vendors for renewals and information gathering will be part of your responsibilities. Finally, you will support the identification and mitigation of risks related to software asset management.
